Workshop of the life cycles

On the 10th of November,
We are going to meet to take a look at our life cycles, the difference between them, and how they work in our life,
What does it mean this?
Every 7-11-18 years we have the opportunity to change, to revalue our life and to make a check-up, ask to ourselves, what serve us or not, and from here find our propose.
We’ll bring aware that parts of our life that are hidden, work with them, transforming, giving a new perspective and a new way of living.
We are going to use the technology of Kundalini yoga.
where through meditation, sharing, rebirth, pranayama, mantra, we are going to understand, find, clean and clarify and heal us.

Please bring something to write and comfortable clothes.
