In this workshop, we will get to know and try different recipes for healthy and delicious breakfasts and snacks.
It will be a relaxed afternoon in which I will share with you that which is my passion: natural food and the healing power of food.
The concept will be 100% vegetable, with fresh ingredients and biological season with a variety of alternatives inspired by the theme. All recipes are vegetarian and the ingredients are dairy free, unprocessed, no saturated fats and no added refined sugars.
