Walpurgis Night – Quinta da Corrieira Fundraising for Ukraine’s Refugees

Quinta da Corrieira invites you to a very special evening, the Walpurgis Night. Ever since the 8th century, this night is used to send away the evil spirits and witches. We dedicated this event to a very worthy cause, current Ukraine.
Together we will light a big fire like we have for generations and spend some enjoyable hours with music, drinks, and food. This year, our fire should call for peace on earth and send away the evil spirits of warship.
With our Corrieira Wine Club we regularly run events on our farm. Due to the growing Ukrainian refugee crisis, we have decided to set up this very special fundraising event for those affected by this war. Besides our Wine Club there are already several other companies involved to ensure we have a pleasant day evening. A big shoutout to Adamastor, Parede with their very nice beer and Cook’n Home, a chef specializing on vegetarian food deliveries and Outdoor adventures Portugal, the experts if it comes to outdoor things to spice up your life. We are open to more support if you would like to help. Especially in the area of child entertainment, it would be great to get some support. Ideas?
The event will be at Quinta da Corrieira Grande in Barcarena (please use google maps), starting at 16.00h. In the entrance are 5 token included in the value of 2 EUR each, usable for drinks and food.
Everything we earn on this evening will go to a fund to support the refugees running from wars, like in the moment from Ukraine.
