About us:
Milagros and Rosanna share their passion for the empowering act of giving birth. We are mothers, art therapists and trained (pre- and postnatal) yoga teachers. From personal experience, we know that a good preparation with knowledge and training will increase the chance of owning your birth.
About the course:
In this 6 week course, we train body and mind to prepare for labor and organize a peaceful postpartum period. By doing breathing exercises, training body awareness and giving practical tools we show you how to follow and trust the natural wisdom within you.
Giving birth is a life-changing event, let’s do all we can to make it an empowering one!
