POSTNATAL / CORE SUPPORT YOGA
YOGA FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN PREGNANT
Fridays 10.15-11.15am at
Little Yoga Space Lisboa
10€ per class to drop in or 48€ for a 6 class pass (valid for 8 weeks).
Postpartum recovery can take much longer than 6 months, sometimes a few years, due to prolonged sitting and positioning whilst feeding and carrying baby and conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse, hip or back pain, diastasis recti, incontinence, pain, discomfort, anxiety, depression and postpartum mood disorder.
There will be specific postpartum yoga practices that promote healing and support after pregnancy, including vaginal birth, surgical birth, VBAC, and pregnancy loss.
With a focus on creating a safe space for connection and community, this class includes yoga, meditation and hands-on assists to support postpartum recovery.
