Because the previous session ran out fast and we were with many interested in waiting list comes a second session! But this one has a novelty!
This Workshop includes the children’s session with Professor Rita and a workshop for Parents (at the same time) with our Psychologist Dr Patrícia Fernandes in which the theme will also be the child’s emotions. Understand tantrums, frustrations, fears, and many strategies to deal with these feelings on a day to day basis.
About Color Monster …
Emotions explained through colors …
Anna Full’s Book tells the story of the monster of colors. Each color symbolizes a feeling: Sadness (blue), Fear (black), Anger (red), Calm (green), Joy (yellow), Love (pink).
Teaching the child to manage his emotions and to apply them in different contexts is fundamental so that he faces the different situations that will appear throughout his life. Emotional education contributes to the child’s overall development.
