What were the sailors fed when they were shipped at the time of the Discoveries? What were the conditions of their vessels and what were their difficulties? In this activity, we will go back to that time and learn more about the habits of the sailors, their food and the difficulties they faced daily. Let’s also prepare some delicious sea biscuits, the main meal of the sailors.
