On December 7 we received Chef João Ricardo for the last and very special Clorofila dinner in society before opening his new restaurant Arkhe very soon in Lisbon!
The Chlorophyll pop-up dinners are a concept that was born at the table A Sociedade and the will to bring into our space the new herbal cuisine.
They are intimate dinners where we challenge chefs to show their creativity and take us on a journey of flavors for the season’s organic vegetables and fruits.
Three dishes will be served, including dessert, wine and choice of tea or coffee at the end.
In this version the dinner will include some dishes with cheese, however you will be able to choose the dish with, or without the option of cheese.
