Convido a praticarem Yoga venham e tragam sorrisos. Este é um evento que se repete todos os Domingos desde que o tempo o permita. A aula terá um nível de dificuldade fácil e acessível à grande maioria das pessoas e ao mesmo tempo também se dão opções mais avançadas. Se acha que tem pouca flexibilidade venha na mesma!! Tragam roupa confortável para dar liberdade de movimentos. Devem trazer tapete de yoga preferencialmente. É necessário que não tenham nenhuma contra indicação…

Once a month, in the Quinta das Conchas garden, a storyteller tells and sings Stories of the Oral Tradition. The word is music and curiosity awakens in every sound. This is a cultural mediation project, which aims to bring communities closer to the arts, energize space through immaterial oral heritage and build community.
