It is our absolute pleasure to welcome Sat Karam Singh, the hands and heart behind Souldough’s renowned pizza dough, to host a bread making masterclass here at The Quinta.

This 3 hour workshop hosted by Sat Karam is an opportunity to learn through a very personal journey of bread making, offering insights into his tried and tested methods and extensive experience in developing some of the most delicious breads in the area. Aiming to develop a deeper understanding of the process, topics covered will range from grains, ingredients and fermentations, to kneading, techniques, timings and tools.

In addition to an education on Sourdough, you will learn how to prepare and bake your own Rye bread to take home, taste a selection of Sat Karam’s own delicious breads, as well as creating a custom herb butter with fresh aromatics from the garden to enjoy with your freshly baked goods. You will also be given a €5 voucher to use at Souldough and sample Sat Karam’s famous sourdough recipe.

No experience required, just open ears, hearts and minds.

Time: 3pm to 6pm

Ages: Adults, and children accompanied by an adult at all times.

Price: €49 (includes your own baked loaf of Rye bread and €5 Souldough pizza voucher)
