The nourishment we receive through food is one of many ways we can take care of ourselves. It is probably one of the most important yet troubled relationships nowadays. I am still understanding what eating healthy means to me and would love to exchange around that topic and learn how to take better care of our own unique bodies. The family brunch at bloom seems the perfect moment to do that. Have a read through the fb description
