“I remember living on an island a point in the middle of the sea.” This is how the story of the book Um ponto que dança, which accompanies the movement of life from that point begins: it counts its dances from small to adult, the challenges to find a place in the world, and finally, their freedom. In fact, this story
is that of a child who, growing up to adulthood, imagines a point connected to everything around him by a thousand other points. Through the book A Point that Dances, this workshop of Sara Anjo works the immensity of the movement, from the little ones
and almost invisible, like the blink of an eye or the bend of the little finger, to the enormous ones, like the movement of the clouds in the sky, or the fast and fast traffic of the cars in the street. The workshop thus seeks a space for attention to dance and what happens in the body and in the world around us.
