The Heart Language : based on Nonviolent Communication (basics)

How to speak authentically, so that others can really listen?
How to create deeper connections with the people around us?
How to understand myself and others, when we are in pain and hurting?
How to communicate the pain in a way that will bring more understanding and open heart?
How to connect to the beauty and life behind conflict, and to transform the conflict into even deeper connection?

In this full day workshop I will be giving an introduction to Nonviolent Communication (it is also for people with some NVC background already)
We will practice few useful and daily tools, that can be used to enrich and support relationships in all life circles (love relationships, family, work, friends, and the one within ourselves)

At its heart, NVC (by Marshall Rosenberg Ph.D) holds an intention to connect, so that even in the most challenging conflicts we are able to see the human beauty in one another, so that we can connect, express ourselves with honesty and invite an authentic, connecting dialog.

About the trainer:
Yael Dan. a people loving human, passionate about people, love and Nonviolent Communication.
Teaching NVC since 2017, mostly in Portugal, Spain and Israel. On the path of becoming a certified trainer by the CNVC.

✨ Date & time: Saturday 23/02/2019, 11:00-18:00 (with 1h lunch break)

✨ Location will be given upon registration (near Jardim da Estrela) in a bright, comfortable space.

✨ Contribution : a choice between 35-80€ per person. choice depending on your heart wish and free will.
This supports me in my path of growing as a trainer, and help cover the costs of the space, the training and transportation..
