Sunday Flow na Estrela

SUNDAY FLOW IS BACK🌴
Sundays, 12-1pm🌱

It is a Vinyasa flow class, meaning dynamic yoga where we coordinate the breathe with the movement to create positive wellbeing and body-mind health. We will do standing and seated poses, balancing strength and flexibility, and will finish with a juicy and well deserved savasana. Park classes are a great way for you to start or develop your practise further in a friendly and safe environment, as well as taking the benefits of practising close to nature.

Park classes are open level, suited from beginners to more experienced students. They are taught in English and Portuguese, in a simple way, with a dash of humour – if you fancy Sanskrit, we can talk about that later. On the mat, we’re all the same. It is never too much to remember that we should always practise with beginners’ eyes so we can listen to ourselves, understanding where we are today.

We meet at 11:50am at the entrance close to Basílica da Estrela.

BYOM aka bring your own mat.
