Rooftop Yoga Spring Festival

Spring has officially arrived in Lisbon. Come and celebrate with us to open the season at the spacious terrace of This is Lisbon Hostel. There will be a variety yoga classes from dynamic to gentle, a Thai Yoga massage introduction, a yummy healthy brunch and lots of good vibes! Come alone and bring a friend.
Programme:
10:30h – 11:15h – Yoga flow with Sara
11:30h – 12:15h – Yin/Yang Yoga with Johanna
& Pranayama with Martina
12:30h – 13:15h – Thai Yoga massage with Martina & Johanna
13:30-14:30 – Yoga Brunch
We will prepare a yummy and healthy brunch for you incl. vegan options, fruit, tea, coffee and sweet little surprises.
14:30-15:00 – Closing and Reflection
