The magic of Christmas arrives in the historical center of Sintra, from December 1 to 23, providing all visitors unforgettable moments of sharing and enchantment, combining the natural scenery of Parque da Liberdade with enchanting scenery.

Here visitors have every reason to be intoxicated by the holiday spirit.

Fairies, elves, fantastic beings and even Father Christmas transform this space into a real Kingdom of Christmas, where visitors are invited to give a donation (a good non-perishable food) or a symbolic cash value that later turns into the purchase of food for the families in the municipality of Sintra.

The whole park is set up, with games, sports activities, workshops, concerts, various places of restoration and handicraft a constant throughout the days of the event, which kids and adults alike can make the most of.

This year, it is called again to raise good animal awareness, as well as conscientious adoption through the Medical-Veterinary Office of Sintra and the Association of Street Animals.

Over the eight years the Kingdom of Christmas has already received about 300 thousand people, were collected about 50,627 food and 311 bags of animal feed.Schedule:
