Weekend plan are difficult to make when you have a family, but I think one of the best way to start is to go to the weekly Saturday Organic Farmer Market that happens every weekend in the same square: it’s the perfect spot to go for some grocery with the kids, you can easily take a break and go play at the playground, or stop for a cafe and breakfast plate at Esplanada or experience the new Talk to Me.

For a nice lunch, if the weather is nice, I suggest booking a garden table at Atalho Real, right behind Embaixada: you should also pay a visit to Organii Bebe inside the Embaixada if you need some baby related things or if you want to take advantage of their promotions.
