Open Day at Little Yoga Space

FreeJoin us for this all-day celebration of the richness and diversity of yoga and other beautiful practices ~ an opportunity to come together to learn, share, connect and have fun! Experience a wide variety of yoga styles and disciplines ranging from Kundalini to Forrest Yoga, Gyrokinesis to Thai Massage, Pilates and Functional Mobility. Also, we will offer lots of different tasters of our various therapies and massages.
Programme:
There will be activities in both our spaces. In the Studio on the 1st floor, we will have a programme of different free taster classes. And upstairs on the 4th floor, in our Therapy Rooms, you will be able to experience various therapy and massage tasters.

Prices:
All classes in the Studio are free!
For all the 20 minute 1-2-1 therapy and massage tasters:
Per session – 10€ (each person can only book a maximum of two sessions)
Booking is absolutely essential! Payment for the therapies happens on the day (cash only please). Please take your registration seriously – if you book, we will assume that you will come. Should your plans change in any way, we expect you to let us know, so we can free up your place for someone else.
Refreshments:
Tea and water will be available for free all day. We will also offer a few little snacks. But feel free to bring your own lunch if you want to come for the whole day.
What to bring:
Yoga mats and props are all provided, so no need to bring any. As we have limited space available at Little Yoga Space, please come in your yoga clothes already if at all possible. But of course, there will be a small changing area and space to leave your shoes and coats.
