Our most recent COD project with ALL is a cycle of gastronomic events, with beginning marked already for the days 24 to 27 of October.
Our first proposal, GAPPEI (precisely fusion in Japanese) is a trip where Portugal and Japan sit at our table to test our so faithful Friend – COD.
This journey of our COD by the Land of the Rising Sun, has at the helm Chef Carlos Guerra and our team, who invites you to a 5-course tasting menu harmonized with 5 drinks selected specifically for each one.
