Festival Solo – Benfica

SOLO – To plant the future – is a two-day festival that proposes a cultural and sports program, mindfulness experiences, workshops and presentation of environmental awareness projects.

It is a proposal to (re)live a green space, with the objective of promoting individual well-being and positive social change; a moment of holistic meeting between all who choose to live better, in awareness and balance.

SOLO is born because it is needed.

It’s an invitation to slow down. It is an incentive to physical, mental and social well-being, and to culture in green spaces. It’s a commitment that wants to have a low environmental impact and a lot of social impact.
It is an invitation to put your head in the clouds and your feet on the ground.
