This training includes the Yoga in the School and Yoga in the family programs:

School:
Preschool – 3 to 6 years old
1st cycle – 6 to 9 years
2nd cycle – 10 to 12 years

Family:
Yoga Kids 1 – from 3 to 6 years old
Yoga Kids 2 – from 6 to 9 years
Yoga Kids 3 – from 10 to 12 years old
Parents & Children – 3 to 12 years old

To whom is this training intended?
To all psychologists, nursery teachers, 1st and 2nd cycle teachers, yoga teachers, animators, therapists, nurses and professionals who feel the need to expand their knowledge in the area of yoga applied to the development of the child at school age. In this way you can enrich your daily routine by helping your students/children and children experience the benefits of this method.

You do not need to have knowledge or practice yoga.

What does this training consist of?
It consists of a training action that will last for 50 hours in a theoretical-practical area where the various levels of practice will be covered. The contents of the training and study include more than 300 postures, basic yoga and yoga for children, child development, yoga at school and family, yoga in pairs, group, acrobatic and human mandalas, relaxation, meditation for children, massage peer, group and self-massage, business support and marketing: developing your own business in teaching yoga to children.
