Learn how to make traditional Portuguese Christmas dinner!
During 2h class we will cook a traditional Christmas dinner, including an addition of easy homemade granola. Each participant will take a portion of the granola home as a little Christmas gift from us!
Menu:
*Caldo verde (Portuguese Kale soup)
*Bacalhau com todos (salted codfish with chickpeas, hardboiled egg, cabbage and potatoes)
*Rabanadas (variation of Portuguese French toast)
After the workshop, we will sit at the table and experience a true, traditional Portuguese Christmas dinner accompanied with drinks and conversation. See you then!
Price includes Workshop + dinner + wine and soft drinks + coffee + small gift – homemade granola!
