IndieJunior Festival

Back for another edition at the peak of summer, with many good reasons for so awaited reunion between the little ones
spectators and IndieJúnior cinema.

Between the 21st of August and the 6th of September, the IndieJúnior is back. We invite you to meet our program with nights of summer and outdoor cinema, the dreamed of Cinema de Colo, a movie theater small and safe, with a set design especially for a first and unforgettable joint discovery of parents and your babies. In this edition, we propose the discovery of films that mirror the world and the cinema magic through the big screen, with the same joy and fun as always both for the children and for the country!
An edition that celebrates partnerships that take you back to the world of books, a beautiful and delicate feature film that we transport through nature and shows us a fragile ecosystem through a year of life of ten animals, a debate film, workshops,
an outdoor family party and many destinations.

We followed this challenge with more than 40 movies, most of them in competition, in a shows what’s best at the moment for children and young people in the world. The movies that make up the sessions O Lugar das Memories and Thinking, Dreaming and Flying were chosen by students between 10 and 15 years, within the scope of the “Eu Programo a Film Festival”. Our young people programmers of this edition were the students of the 6th and 9th of the Basic School and Josefa de Óbidos and EB 2/3 Almeida Secondary Garrett, respectively.
We return to the big movie party, with a program full of movies that will go present numerous original ideas projected on the big screen.
