The skin is our largest organ, in permanent contact with our interior, it is the mirror of everything that goes on in our body and soul.
Learning to know our skin and how to take care of it by making handmade preparations is the main objective of this course. And by the way, of course learn about good ingredients and avoid and how to change ingredients from the cosmetics base.
Module 1 – Saturday 19 January
Face cleaning. What is cleaning for, cleaning types. Ingredients to avoid. Prepare a cleaning balm. Steam baths, how to prepare, what ingredients to put and what it is for. Tonics, what they serve and how to prepare.
Module 2 – Saturday 2 February
Deep cleansing. Mechanical and enzymatic exfoliants. Prepare an exfoliant and a mask. Hydration or purification masks. Day and night care. Make serums and face balms.
Module 3 – Saturday March 16
Body, body care. Prepare exfoliators, oils and body balms. Anti-cellulite, anti-stretch marks and firming.
Module 4 – Saturday 6 April
Essential oils and aromatherapy. Preparations prepares the body from essential oils.
Module 5 – Saturday 11 May
Hair, how to take care of the scalp and hair. Shampoos, conditioners and pH regulators. Make a solid shampoo, a dry shampoo, a serum of hair and tips and a capillary mask.
Module 6 – Saturday 29 June
Learn how to make handmade soap. Trainer Ricardo Spencer.
